DIY Banana Raspberry Ice Cream

This is what you need
For 2 servings- 50 milliliters yogurt or other dairy (as long as it’s not low-fat, because you can’t make ice cream off it)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 100 grams of frozen raspberries
- 25 grams of Pure Whey Protein Natural
- Handful of fresh raspberries

- cutting board
- knife for cutting fruit
- freezer
- blender or food processor
This is how to make it
- Slice the banana the night before. Stuff the slices into a bag and freeze them.
- Also freeze the raspberries or use frozen raspberries from the grocery store.
- Next day, blend the fruit and yogurt or other dairy in a blender or food processor. Add Pure Whey Protein.
- Blend to a smooth but thick texture.
- Serve the ice cream in a bowl or glass jar. Top with a handful of fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
