Take 1 Ferro Forte tablet daily together with 1 WLS Forte chewable tablet. Are you using calcium supplements or dairy products such as milk and cheese? Don't take them at the same time as Ferro Forte. Calcium limits the absorption of iron. Make sure you leave at least 2 hours between taking Ferro Forte and calcium supplements or dairy products.
