Lettuce Cups with Smoked Chicken Recipe

Do you love Asian cuisine but don't want a dish with noodles or rice? Then go for these cups with smoked chicken. Tastes like an oriental meal, but as light and fresh as a salad. Packed with vitamins, minerals and protein. Besides, these lettuce cups look great, don't they?

Did you know...

That you don't need to heat smoked chicken? Because by smoking, the chicken is already cooked. Therefore, you can just eat it cold as perfect addition to a salad. Smoked chicken often contains more salt than chicken breast, so don't eat too much of it.

Tip from FitForMe:

Don't eat chicken or other meat? Replace the smoked chicken with a handful of unroasted, unsalted cashews. Nuts are rich in protein and healthy fats and provide a delicious bite.
