That salmon is a natural source for protein and Omega-3 fatty acids? Salmon contains EPA and DHA. Two fatty acids that are good for your heart, brain and eyes. That's why the Health Council recommends eating (fatty) fish like salmon twice a week.

  • 10 grams butter
  • 5 teaspoons dill
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
