This smoothie is loaded with healthy powers? Aside from fiber, kiwi is rich in vitamin C. Banana also contains fiber and among other things, kalium. Oatmeal is the greatest source of fiber and also has magnesium and iron. Milk or yogurt provides calcium and Pure Whey Protein adds extra protein.

You'll need this

For 1 portion

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 small banana
  • 150 milliliters low-fat yogurt or milk (optional plant-based, unsweetened, or with extra calcium)
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1-2 tablespoons sunflowerseeds or flaxseeds
  • 25 gram Pure Whey Protein Natural

This is how to make the recipe

  1. Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces. Cut the banana into slices.
  2. Add the fruit, milk or yogurt and Pure Whey Protein to a blender.
  3. Add oatmeal and seeds and blend until a smooth, light texture.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass. There you have your Kiwi Banana Smoothie!
