  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 200 milliliters of skimmed or semi-skimmed milk
  • 25 grams of Pure Whey Protein Natural or Vanilla

How to make the recipe

  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the cinnamon stick.
