Although you may not feel it, inside your body the multivitamin is working hard to keep you balanced. But, a multivitamin is not a super pill. It doesn't give you superpowers. A multivitamin is your daily extra support to combat deficiencies. Deficiencies occur when you don't get or absorb enough important nutrients. This is especially the case after a weight loss surgery. You only experience a shortage when you no longer take a multivitamin. Moreover, a deficiency can be difficult to correct. So don't wait until you have symptoms. Take a multivitamin preventively to support your health every day.
Yes and also if you are nursing, you can safely use our multivitamins. Just don't take an extra separate vitamin A supplement if you are pregnant or nursing.
