Use a minimum of 2 tablets per day. The amount depends on the amount of dairy (cheese, milk, and yogurt) you take daily. Consult a dietician to determine what is best for you. Take Calcium Plus with plenty of water. Preferably between breakfast and lunch. Do not take the calcium tablet at the same time as a multivitamin or dairy. Make sure there is at least 2 hours between the intake of Calcium Plus, a multivitamin and dairy products.
Calcium Plus is a supplement to your diet. In addition, choose a healthy and varied diet and enough exercise. Do not take more than the recommended dosage.
No colorants, flavors or fragrances have been added to this product. Only take Calcium Plus if you are 12 years old or older. This product is suitable for vegetarians. Calcium Plus is also safe to use if you are pregnant or nursing.

Our capsules and chewable tablets are about 3/4 inch long. Do you find it difficult to swallow capsules? Moisten the capsule in your mouth before swallowing. This makes it stick less. Or choose our chewable vitamin. Only WLS Primo and WLS Maximum are not available as chewable vitamins.
