Warm summer day or mid-winter. As breakfast or snack. For us, a smoothie is always a good idea. However, this Tropical Mango Pineapple Smoothie is secretly a summer favorite. The flavor, scent and bright colors will get you in a vacation mood. Whether you are on a tropical island or in your backyard. This smoothie is guaranteed to create a summer feeling!

Did you know…

That there are a high number of added sugars in canned or jarred fruit? This is due to the syrup or juice. And it’s why you should always go for fresh or frozen fruit. By doing so you get vitamins and minerals, but not those extra sugars. Fresh fruit also contains fruit sugars, but it is always a better choice.

  • ½ glass coconut water

You'll also need

  • straw and parasol for an instant summer feeling
