Festive breakfast parfait Recipe

Starting your morning with protein and fruit is always a good idea. It becomes really enjoyable when it also looks festive. This breakfast parfait can be made every day because it's full of healthy ingredients. But thanks to the delectable taste and color of the raspberries, it won't look out of place at Christmas breakfast. Serve with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs and you're ready!

You'll need

For 1 person

  • 1 handful of nuts (unroasted and unsalted)
  • 50 grams of raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 150 milliliters of yogurt (soy or other plant-based variation of yogurt)
  • 25 grams Pure Whey Protein Natural 


What else you'll need

  • Saucepan
  • Fork
  • Tall glass or glass jar

How to make the recipe

  1. Heat the raspberries in a saucepan. Then mash them with a fork until you get a kind of jam.
  2. Add the chia seeds and simmer for a moment. Pour the jam mixture into a container and refrigerate after it cools.
  3. Mix Pure Whey Protein into the yogurt.
  4. In a tall glass or jar, build up the parfait layer by layer. Start with the jam, then the yogurt, then another layer of jam.
  5. Finally, sprinkle some crumbled nuts on top.

Choose other (red) fruits instead of raspberries. Strawberries, blackberries or blueberries are all great options. Choose whatever fruit you like!
