Go to My FitForMe and enter the email address you used to place your order. Click on 'Login with a one-time password'. We will send a new password to your email. Fill this in on the website, and set a new password in the My FitForMe environment.
After placing your first order, you can log in to My FitForMe. Go to My FitForMe and log in with the same email address that you used when placing your order. When you log in for the first time, you will receive a one-time password by email. Fill in this password on the website. Later on, you will be able to create your own password.
Occasionaly, you may need your multivitamins earlier or later than scheduled. You can change the deliver date of your next shipment in your My FitForMe account. Go to My FitForMe and log in with the email address you used to order. Click on 'Adjust' and choose your desired date in the calendar. You can delay your order for up to 90 days after the original shipping date. We will ship your order on the date you have selected. Your package will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

Our website and payment environment are secured with an SSL certificate. We handle your personal data with care and we continuously perform security scans. In addition, you are always entitled to a 14-day consideration period.
