  • 50 milliliters yogurt or other dairy (as long as it's not low-fat, because you can't make ice cream off it)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 100 grams of frozen raspberries
  • 25 grams of Pure Whey Protein Natural
  • Handful of fresh raspberries

This is how to make it

  1. Slice the banana the night before. Stuff the slices into a bag and freeze them.
