Ferro Optimum is specially developed for a Gastric Sleeve. You receive it free with your WLS Optimum chewable vitamin. This way, you can easily support your health and strength every day.
Take 1 Optimum tablet daily together with 1 WLS Optimum chewable tablet. Are you using calcium supplements or dairy products such as milk and cheese? Don't take them at the same time as Ferro Optimum. Calcium limits the absorption of iron. Make sure you leave at least 2 hours between taking Ferro Optimum and calcium supplements or dairy products.
